3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are specified in the signed contract between you and Drone Show Guys. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and/or interest charges as stipulated in the contract.

4. Weather and Regulatory Contingencies

Drone show operations are subject to FAA regulations, airspace approvals, and weather conditions. Shows may be postponed or modified when conditions do not permit safe operation; contingency terms are set out in your show contract.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, show designs, and other intellectual property on our website and in our Services are the property of Drone Show Guys or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drone Show Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas for disputes arising from these Terms.
